Highlight PDF: All You Need to Know

To select and move, double-click on the item you want to select/move. To change the selection location, first double-click on the item(s) you are currently trying to select and then press the Control (Shift) key. If you find that there are too many items in a folder and that you can't move/select them all, press CTRL-W and “find, find, find” and then select one item at a time. By default, clicking on a folder icon in the menu bar will select that folder immediately so that you can quickly get to it. You can change this behavior and choose to automatically select the folder if you wish. If you accidentally select a folder in the Folder View menu that you didn't want to select, you can easily undo this by clicking and holding CTRL during the menu selection: If you were originally trying to select an item in a folder.
