On my Ubuntu 18 laptop, when I zoom a PDF document to 150 %, then I am not able to scroll it. I also want to use highlighter. I have tried Libredraw that doesn't work. Can Anyone suggest a PDF reader that is able to do these two things?

An easy way to combine/merge PDFs is by using software such as Document 365 Business - it’s a great software that allows you to work with all kinds of files, not just PDFs while making archiving, sharing and collaboration easy. Check out this link for instructions on how to merge your files. When it comes to combining PDFs, as well as splitting, signing, editing and adding annotations, Document 365 performs quite well, while staying multi-user friendly. It works for both small and large teams - making collaboration and project managing efficient and hassle-free. I personally like that you can turn any paper document into a scan with the included PDF Reader mobile app, converting your scanned documents into an editable PDF or text file. Document 365 is a good tool for increasing your productivity when it comes to working with PDFs and other file formats. Disclaimer. I am part of Kdan’s team and my answers might be a bit biased.

It is suitable for terminal applications, but can also be used standalone; it offers a simple, straightforward interface and is free and open source software. Win works well, but it has some quirks: many GUI elements are hidden behind the mouse pointer, making it difficult to use without mouse gestures. This problem only becomes worse for touch devices, while the software may also take several seconds to resume from sleep. Win was first introduced by Leonard Pottering.
